You can walk alongside Christchurch harbour to the sandy beach at the end, where you can catch a ferry to Mudeford quay and get some lunch in the local pub. Or you can hop on the land train to return to the car park. Alternatively, you could carry on walking alongside the beach (which changes to a shingle beach) and return back to your starting point. This is the circular walk. There is another route also; a centre path climbs up through the headland, which will provide great views of the Isle of Wight and Christchurch harbour. A popular place for dog lovers, ramblers, kite flying and picnics. Click on a photo to enlarge
