Studland offers great views of Old Harry rocks, Sandbanks, and Poole harbour. Nearby places of interest are Brownsea Island, Compton Acres and Corfe Castle. Studlands beach (3 miles long) is managed by the National Trust. Behind the beach is heathland, a haven for birds and wildlife, and abundant with wild flowers. The bridle routes offer beach walks and heath walks, giving great views of Poole harbour and surrounding area.
