Sandbanks main road is known as ‘millionaires row’, there are many expensive properties here and around the area. The beach is approximately 3 miles long and adjoins Bournemouth beach. There is a chain ferry at the end of Sandbanks which is connected to Studland beach, it travels across the entrance to Poole Harbour. Sandbanks is very popular for water sports. Professional wind and kite surfers frequent here. The area also includes several yacht clubs and sailing schools. The Golden sandy beach is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, views of Old Harry Rocks can easily be seen from Sandbanks. Sandbanks photos
