Set in the Dorset countryside, Bridport is one of the largest towns in west Dorset. Its high street has a selection of shops and the town also boasts its own museum, arts centre and cinema. Bridport hosts a twice weekly street market and monthly farmers market.

1 ½ miles south of the town is the port of West Bay, made famous by the television series “Harbour Lights”. West bay is a popular tourist area, with tourist stalls and outlets.
