Weymouth and Portland

Weymouth
A seaside resort containing a wide expanse of golden sand. Frequented by royalty in the late 1700’s, a statue of King George III was erected in remembrance. Elegant Georgian houses flank the seafront, giving the town it’s own charm and character. Weymouth boasts a harbour and marina and is also home to the Sealife Park and the Radipole Lake bird reserve. A few minutes drive from the town will bring you to Brewers Quay and Nothe Fort which dates back to the mid 1800’s.
